Bliss Birth was founded by a team of dedicated birth workers, including midwives and doulas, united by a shared vision: to reimagine what maternal healthcare looks like in Jamaica. We will offer natural, healthy choices in well-woman care, pre-conception, pregnancy, childbirth and extended postnatal care. We are in the early stages of laying the groundwork for opening the only freestanding, midwife-led birth centre to serve families island wide.

Our organisation is transforming the reproductive health landscape by expanding access to supportive, community-centred, and culturally-grounded care for women. We will offer collaborative care, which will include a variety of professionals, including physicians and lactation consultants, among others. Our priority is to provide holistic care and create a safe space, grounding women mentally and physically to have the blissful birth they envision.
